Il saggio concentra l’attenzione su una serie di istituti tratti dalle principali branche del diritto privato inglese al precipuo scopo di dimostrare quanto sia stato fondamentale l’apporto sia del sistema tassonomico di classificazione sia delle categorie giuridiche nell’evoluzione, nella comprensione e nella regolamentazione omogenea e coerente dei singoli istituti.
